Certification in the webshop
If the greenhouse or farm where the product is cultivated, possesses one of the 14 specialised certificates from the FSI basket, or is certified with MPS-A of FlorEcuador, you will see a sustainability icon. Filter on the certificates that are important for customers. Why a specific certificate is included in the FSI basket can be read on . Find out how to buy sustainable flowers and plants in the webshop (FAQ).

Fairtrade flowers
FM Group is also Fairtrade certified as a wholesale company, which is a different certificate than mentioned above. It means that we are licensed to purchase and sell Fairtrade flowers. Our salespersons can help you source these products. This selection of flowers are often a bit dearer as Fairtrade certified growers must look after the right working environment for their employees including a fair salary. This certificate however, does not concern the growing method of a product. Therefore, Fairtrade is not listed under the same category as MPS-A and FlorEcuador.

Discover the benefits they experience and how you can implement this yourself.
